the staff provided great service, organizing every excursion and dinner with meticulous attention! my room offered an excellent view, extreme cleanliness, and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was beautiful, and it was evident that they cared about every detail. the spa was AMAZING!!!
i found that smoking was quite prevalent in the hotel, which sometimes affected the indoor air quality when outdoor areas were open.

the room decor was beautifully done, and everything felt very clean. housekeeping was extremely accommodating; they even provided us with extra water late at night. the bed was especially comfortable; i slept very well.

the concierge team was the best i have ever encountered. they prepared everything perfectly, including excursions, boat trips, and dinner reservations. the airport transfer service was excellent, and the chauffeur was very professional.

I found the staff attentive and helpful. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The steam room and sauna were especially appreciated. the hotel's modern design created a luxurious atmosphere.
